I offer counselling sessions online and by telephone, which means you can access support from anywhere in the U.K. Whether you are at home, at university, or in a quiet space that feels right for you.
All sessions are delivered through a secure and confidential platform, giving you the flexibility to attend therapy that fits around your life without the need to travel.
Online counselling can be just as powerful as face-to-face therapy. Many clients find it comfortable to speak from the safety and privacy of their own space especially when dealing with sensitive, emotional topics.
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £55 per session. I offer a 60-minute initial assessment at £60, where we can explore your needs, goals, and see if we feel comfortable working together. Sessions are held weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and what feels most supportive for you.
I also offer a free 15-minute consultation via phone or with no obligation. This is a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work.
Payment is requires 48 hours in advance of each session by bank transfer.

Yes – research has shown that online therapy is just as effective as face-to face counselling for many issues, including anxiety, depression, bereavement, and trauma. Many clients appreciate the privacy and flexibility it offers.
I aim to offer new clients an appointment within 7/10 days depending on availability. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation before booking, which gives you a chance to ask any questions and decide whether you would like counselling.

Yes – because I work online, I can support clients across the entire U.K, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. All sessions are offered remotely via secure video or telephone.
Sessions are £55 for 50 minutes. The initial 60-minute assessment is £60. Payment is due 48 hours before your session by bank transfer. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation to help you decide of you would like to work together.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session.
